Book the right equipment
Enclosed transport protects the finish and keeps the vehicle presentation-ready. Confirm ramp angle, clearance, wheel straps, trailer capacity, security, and whether the carrier will load or unload at the venue.
Coordinate venue access
Ask for the event’s delivery window, gate height, staging rules, surface conditions, and unloading authority. A beautiful venue may have a narrow entrance or a schedule that does not match a normal truck route.
Share a contact who can make decisions if the owner is traveling.
Protect the return journey
Inspect the car after display, document new exposure or handling marks, and keep the signed outbound condition record available. Plan fuel, battery support, keys, and any display parts that must travel separately.
