Quick answer
Recommendation pending a complete audit
We are not naming an overall pick yet because Auto-Mex Transport is still being audited. The available table is useful for checking what has been verified so far, but it is not enough to make a like-for-like recommendation.
Your shipment. Your choice of company.
Request a quote from the company you choose. Company contact and a shipment-specific quote come next—not an instant price.
How to use this comparison
Choose based on your shipment—not a headline score alone
The score is a useful starting point, but price certainty, vehicle type, pickup urgency, and the quality of the assigned carrier matter too. We compare audited signals instead of selling rank positions, then link to the underlying broker reports so you can verify the evidence before you request quotes.

Mazzy Express
59/100 · Show with Caution · Audited October 3, 2026
Mazzy Express scores 59/100 — Show with Caution under our existing scoring formula. Trustpilot confirms 4.8/5 from 81 reviews, and the site owner supplied a Google snapshot of 4.9/5 from 662 reviews. Those are positive reputation signals, but they do not resolve the authority scope: the FMCSA snapshot lists Broker of Household Goods. Before paying for vehicle transport, request confirmation of the appropriate operating authority, current bond, assigned carrier insurance, final price, and cancellation terms. This is a limited public-source desk audit, not a shipment test or a finding that the company is operating unlawfully.
Authority and company record
FMCSA SAFER identifies MAZZY EXPRESS INC under USDOT 4537032 and MC-1799863, with ACTIVE USDOT status and authorization as Broker of Household Goods. The snapshot, reflecting October 1, 2026 records, lists 10901 Nandina Court, Philadelphia, PA 19116 and (724) 701-1111. Its MCS-150 date is February 20, 2026; this is not proof of the incorporation or first-trading date. The website uses the same DOT/MC identity but advertises (267) 534-1103 as its main line. Household-goods authority should not be presented as independently verified vehicle-transport authority. Current bond details were not verified, and zero inspections for a broker are not a carrier safety endorsement.
Reviews and customer experience
Trustpilot independently showed 4.8/5 from 81 reviews at this audit, with recent positive feedback about communication and delivery. The Google figure of 4.9/5 from 662 reviews was supplied by the site owner; the shared Google link could not be independently opened. The company website displays older or different totals (Trustpilot 4.9 from 66 and Google 640+), so those marketing figures do not replace the linked platform snapshot. No BBB grade or complaint rate is asserted. These external totals are not reviews submitted to Verify Car Carrier. Sampled Trustpilot reviews describe helpful representatives, safe delivery, and clear communication. One recent four-star reviewer reported good communication even though transport was not completed. The formula uses the supplied Google rating as a customer-experience proxy, not as evidence that we tested a shipment, verified every review, or measured punctuality.
Pricing and service fit
The website advertises a seven-day price lock and transparent rates. However, an October 2 Trustpilot reviewer alleges a quote changed from $1,300 to $2,300 and that part of a $300 deposit was retained after cancellation. This allegation has not been independently adjudicated. A September 8 positive reviewer also mentions paying the going rate rather than the estimated rate. These mixed signals support Medium pricing-risk and consistency judgments, not a claim of proven misconduct. Obtain the final total, reservation fee, cancellation rules, and refund conditions in writing. Mazzy Express advertises open, enclosed, door-to-door, and expedited service across all 50 states. MoveCars instead describes coverage excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Confirm the actual lane and any ocean leg directly. Advertised services and generic directory classifications are not proof of route-specific strength; all five service-fit ratings remain unassessed.
Transparency and brand signals
The website is working, explains that independent carriers perform shipments, and publishes matching DOT/MC identifiers. Trustpilot provides additional contact details and company replies to some positive reviews. The public phone numbers and review totals differ by source; this warrants clarification rather than an assumption of deception. Claims about shipment volume, insurance, and years of team experience were not treated as independently verified company history.
Positive signals
- FMCSA identifies MAZZY EXPRESS INC, USDOT 4537032 / MC-1799863, with active household-goods broker authority.
- Trustpilot shows 4.8/5 from 81 reviews, independently checked for this audit.
- Google 4.9/5 from 662 reviews was supplied by the site owner; the exact snapshot was not independently verified.
What to verify
- SAFER lists Broker of Household Goods, not an explicit property-broker authorization for vehicle transport. Confirm the appropriate authority and current bond before booking.
- An October 2, 2026 Trustpilot reviewer alleges a price increase and a withheld portion of a deposit; this is a customer allegation, not an independently established finding.
- A September 8 Trustpilot review also distinguishes the final going rate from the initial estimate. Confirm the all-in carrier price and refund terms in writing.
Before you book
Get the terms in writing
Ask each broker for the total price, deposit and cancellation terms, pickup window, carrier information when assigned, cargo coverage, and how price changes are handled. A strong audit profile does not replace reading the agreement for your specific shipment.
