The October 14, 2026 SAFER snapshot matches USDOT 2968838 / MC-8919 and identifies EXCLUSIVE AUTO SHIPPING LLC as SHIPPER/BROKER, with ACTIVE USDOT status and authorization as Broker of Property (Except Household Goods). No out-of-service date is shown. The snapshot also warns “Carrier Registration Information Outdated” and “Carrier VMT Outdated”; its MCS-150 date is February 2, 2017. Those warnings should not be hidden, but they are not the same as a finding that broker authority is revoked. Current bond filings and assigned-carrier insurance were not verified. The saved Google panel shows 5.0/5 from 609 reviews. BBB’s customer average is 4.43/5 from seven reviews, separate from its A+ business grade; Trustpilot shows 4.8/5 from 42, and Yelp 4.2/5 from 15. Transport Reviews displays five stars from only two reviews in its stated two-year rating window. Positive accounts describe clear communication, helpful coordination and successful deliveries. A BBB reviewer describes a replacement carrier after a truck issue without an extra charge; another praises proactive updates. A Transport Reviews account describes arranging a difficult remote-Texas pickup. These anecdotes do not establish a universal delivery guarantee or measured performance on every route. BBB reports one complaint in the last three years and zero in the last 12 months, but the complaint capture contains no published narrative or resolution detail. This is separate from its customer reviews. A December 15, 2023 BBB reviewer alleges an $825 loss and a further $1,800 payment through Zelle involving an allegedly impersonated carrier. The reviewer alleges broker involvement; that allegation is disputed and is not established as fact here. An August 31, 2020 Yelp reviewer describes a missed Sunday pickup, disagreement about delivery windows and cancellation. The saved review sample is small and spans different years; neither the positive averages nor these disputes prove a current success or failure rate. Source evidence reviewed October 16, 2026; the existing 83/100 score is historical and was not recalculated from this upload.
